I grew up on a hay ranch outside Three Forks and have sold land and country homes in the Gallatin Valley for fourteen years. Before you buy, I'll walk the fence lines with you, pull the water rights and well logs, and tell you what the county will and won't let you build. Most of my clients are moving here for space, horses or a quieter life, and I make sure the land can actually give them that.
